Collection Summary: | This study used EBC samples made available by the CF Biospecimen Registry, a part of the Emory+Children’s Center for CF and Airways Disease Research. EBC sample collection followed the guidelines approved by the Georgia Institute of Technology and the Emory University Institutional Review Boards (approval number IRB00000372). An R-Tube collector (Respiratory Research, Inc., Austin, TX, USA) was used to collect EBC samples, which were immediately frozen at -80 °C until processed. |
