Therefore, 10 µL of sample was used and the kit was performed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Phenyl isothiocyanate (Sigma-Aldrich, St. Louis, USA) was purchased separately and was used for derivatization of amino acids and biogenic amines according to the kit manual.
