| Collection Summary: | Fasting blood samples were collected into a 10mL EDTA vacutainer which was gently inverted 10–12 times. Within one hour of collection, EDTA tubes were centrifuged at 3000rpm for 15 minutes at room temperature. Cell-free plasma was aliquoted into cryovials and stored at –80° C and was not thawed until assays were run. |
