After a further 20 min incubation at room temperature samples were dried under nitrogen for 1 h. Ammonium acetate (3 mM) was added, and the plate was shaken at room temperature for 30 min and centrifuged for 2 min at 500 g. Each well then had 150 µL transferred from it to a 96 deep well plate along with and equal volume of dH2O. |
